I’m Victoria Payne, owner of the Victoria Payne Agency, an Allstate agency serving customers across Arkansas and rooted right here in Hot Springs. I don’t do this alone—I’ve built a team of people with different strengths and unique talents who truly care about helping our customers get it right, no matter where they live. Together, we focus on making insurance clear, practical, and built around real life. When I’m not working, you’ll usually find me with a cup of green tea, enjoying yoga, hiking, traveling, or spending time with my family—my husband Tim, our 10-year-old son Alexander, and our golden retriever, Sally.

Angela is originally from Chicago, Illinois. She moved here in the mid 90’s and graduated from Lakeside High. She then went on to receive her Business Degree from Henderson University in 2006. Angela has been in the insurance industry for 16 years. When she is not assisting her customers, you can find her hanging out with her husband, children and 2 fur babies; they enjoy going to car shows, horseback riding, reading and traveling to the beach.

She started at Lake Hamilton and finished her high school years at Magnet Cove, then went on to Hot Springs Beauty College and got her state cosmetology license. Haley has worked in both men’s and women’s salons till she joined our team. Following work hours, you can find her with her nose in a book, gaming on her computer, or under a car with her fiancé fixing project vehicles.

Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife, fishing, golfing, gaming, and going to the gym.

Tracey Is originally from Arkansas but moved to Louisiana where she worked for a large personnel agency. After several years, she opened 2 satellite offices in Arkansas.
She was later recruited by an Aviation Repair Station in Hot Springs where she worked 20 years and sold Life and Health insurance part-time . When the aviation company was sold, she saw her chance to get her Property and Casualty Insurance license and pursue a new career, leading her to Allstate. When not working, she can be found walking the Greenway Trail, occasionally with a shaggy dog or grandchildren in tow.
